Some of you may know that I have decided that the time has come to shed some pounds. Earlier this year I hit the 400 pound mark(maybe) it was close at least. I know that it is going to take a lot of work and will be really hard. That is one of the reasons I decided to post this on the blog so that I have some accountability. I have already made some changes to my diet and I have been getting more activity, but not really a big enough change. So I have decided to try to get myself ready to run the Wasatch Back Ragnar next year. As part of that I am going to do the c25k(Couch to 5k) program and I kind of started it this week. I say kind of started because I ran for 45 seconds of the first 60 second section and about 20 from the second section and just walked the rest of the time. That was on Monday, today er actually yesterday now, I did day two but only walked it. Although I did speed up to a quick walk during the run sections.
Anyway, I am going to try to keep you all informed about my progress here on the blog.

Feeling: Really, really sore and tired.
