OH boy! Where to begin! I haven't worked out in 2 weeks! But today I'm going to do it!!! At least one of the workout points! I feel like the biggest change in my life is adding all the fruits and vegetables into my diet. I'm loving it! I eat less. I feel good about the things I'm eating (most the time). Its a nice change and I think its the biggest reason (well and not eating treats) that I haven't gained weight yet in my pregnancy... YAY!!!

Kim I'm glad you're enjoying the health challenge. I agree with you on the fruits and veggies. It's easier for me to control my extra cravings when I eat more nutritious meals. Sorry I haven't been sending in the points. I'm still exercising and doing most of the things on the list.

I like the exercise the most. I feel like I am getting smaller, but then you will all have to be the judge.
