Way to go all of YOU! You all had at least one 10 point day. I am the lone non-10 pointer... but this week! Seriously good job everyone!

Heather's Fitness log, Stardate 020210.5: I really wanted to try for one 10 pt. day since my previous point accumulations have been so abysmal. I had to pick a day that I wasn't working so I could get the "no food after 8" point. That was the biggest challenge- no snackies while watching movies with Sean at night. The second biggest challenge was the strength training. I chose to do kegels now that jumping on the tramp with a semi-full bladder has become a no-no (also sneezing, laughing, running, coughing with semi full-bladder). At first I couldn't find my kegels (bad sign). After several minute of extreme concentration, they were located and I was in business (so to speak). The next hardest challenge is to keep a straight face while I do them-especially at work. People tend to ask questions when they see you standing statue-still with a look of extreme concentration and one eye twitching. I am now considering going for TWO 10 pt. days! Look out tramp! Here I come!!!

Way to go Heather. I am so proud of you. I have really been enjoying the work outs. Plus I have more energy. Hopefully I will start to look good. I have decided that I need to have a whole new me to go with the new energy. Any suggestions on what I can do? I did buy two new outfits for work. It felt great to buy a size smaller than what I have in my closet.

Love to all

Heather you rock! Do you watch 30 Rock by chance? If so, you'll know why I ask... if not, I'll have to find the episode and refer you to it... HILARIOUS!!!

You all inspire me!

Hey Ma Holl! I already think you look great! You are doing AWeSOME! I know what you can do with all that extra energy. You can go to the UK with me and become a 3 peaker (climb the 3 highest peaks, one in Scotland England and Whales, in 3 days)! Yeah!

Kim- I've only watched a couple of the early episodes. I liked it, I just never really watch prime time tv much. Sean and I have talked about renting the first season though. You'll have to let me know the episode, I'd love to see it!

Heather-did you seriously do kegels for 10 minutes? Impressive. Dr. Lesser will be so proud!

And Kim, you are not the only non 10-pointer. I haven't sent you my points out of sheer shame (and the fact that I haven't tallied them in so long I'm not sure I could get them down accurately anyway). I have figuratively climbed back on the wagon, but I'm not counting points.

Also-doing Richard Simmons workouts makes me feel really silly. Just sayin'. Maybe I'll try kegels...
